Description: Light shoulder length blonde hair worn in pig tails, big aqua eyes, and a matching aqua dress worn with black shoes, she really is *baby blue*.
Powers and talents: Not only does Bubbles have the ability to look sweet and innocent (don't let her appearence fool you however!) , this cute little pixie also can talk to squirrels, and can speak Spanish, and other languages fluently.
Personality: Bubbles has been called everything from the baby of the trio to a devil with an angels face *lol*. She can't fall asleep with out her dolly "Octi",a stuffed octopus who was once pocessed by *Him*. Bubbles is prone to crying, and has such a sweet voice, you'd never know this kindergartener was a pint sized super-hero!

Fears: Bubbles is scared of the dark, and of roaches (Buttercup likes to tease her about this.) Bubbles also is afraid of Boogie Man, a villian who once terrorized Townsville.
Interests: Bubbles likes to color, play with kitties, puppies, and other cuddly things. She enjoys being the drummer of The Powerpuff Trio, and is often seen snuggling with her stuffed octopus, Octi.
Love Life?: There is no special someone is Bubble's life, perhaps she's too busy with all her animal friends to notice though!
Voice: Bubble's cutesy voice is done by Tara Charendoff, who also does the voive of Dill, the newest member of the Rugrats show on Nickelodeon.
